So, let’s get started:

1. The first step in how to find a commercial real estate bird dog is advertising. You will want to advertise your great new positions available in your business. You will want to let them know what great finder’s fees they will earn and how your compensation scale will be paid based on performance of finding the good Commercial Real Estate deals.
