Hi, I have been a real estate investor for about 15 years.  I started in residential real estate and flipping house quickly.  Then in the past 5 years, I had a friend ask me to get involved in commercial real estate which has become my real passion.  I love all things commercial real estate and actively do property scouting, investing and working with other like-minded real estate investors.
